Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also log in to your Cybersikha account and check your order status under “My Orders.”
2. What is your return or exchange policy?
We offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Visit our Returns & Exchange page for more details.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, unless they have already been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible — but you can return the item once received.
